OUR MISSION
Caring for God's house
The Property Committee is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all church buildings, grounds, and equipment. We ensure our facilities are safe, welcoming, and well- maintained for worship, ministry, and community use.

BUILDINGS
Facility Maintenance
We coordinate repairs and maintenance for the sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, education center, and all other church buildings.
GROUNDS
Landscaping & Upkeep
We manage lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal cleanup to keep our
property beautiful and accessible.
SYSTEMS
Mechanical & Safety
We oversee heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring everything functions properly and safely.
PROJECTS
Capital Improvements
We plan and execute larger renovation and improvement projects to enhance our facilities.
